The only reason I’m giving a four-star rating instead of five is that sometimes the loading docks can get a bit crowded during peak hours, making it tricky to navigate with larger shipments. I had a great experience at this cold storage facility. The climate control is top-notch; everything stayed fresh and at the right temperatures during my entire time using their service. What stood out to me the most was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They were always available to answer my questions and were really quick to assist me when I needed help with logistics. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility; it felt very professional. My only suggestion would be to have more signage inside to help navigate the space more efficiently, especially for first-time users. But overall, that’s a small issue compared to the excellent service I received. I will definitely be coming back next season!
